2. Scope of Services

• Documentation review and guidance

• Liaison with universities and partner institutions

• Pre-departure guidance

The exact scope of services depends on the package or agreement confirmed with the client.

3. No Guarantee Policy

• Admission decisions are made solely by universities and colleges.

• Visa decisions are made by the respective embassies or immigration authorities.

• We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, or job placement.

• Past success rates do not ensure future results.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide true, complete, and accurate information and documents

• Disclose any previous visa refusals or academic issues

• Meet deadlines communicated by universities or authorities

• Follow the advice provided in good faith

Any false, misleading, or forged information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Fees and Payments

• All service fees must be paid as agreed and are generally non-refundable once services begin.

• University application fees, embassy fees, medical costs, and third-party charges are separate and must be paid by the client.

• Payment delays may affect application timelines, for which we are not responsible.

6. Refund Policy

• Consultancy and processing fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Refunds are not applicable in cases of visa refusal, admission rejection, withdrawal, or document misrepresentation.

• Any approved refund will be processed according to internal policy and timelines.

7. Third-Party Services

We may coordinate with universities, agents, courier services, banks, or testing bodies. We are not responsible for delays, decisions, or actions taken by third parties.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect client privacy and handle personal information confidentially. Information may be shared with universities, partners, or authorities strictly for application and processing purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, and materials belong to Excellent Education and Migration Centre. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Excellent Education and Migration Centre shall not be liable for:

• Visa refusal or delays

• Admission rejection

• Financial loss due to embassy or university decisions

• Changes in laws, policies, or immigration rules

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of service fees paid to us.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services without notice if:

• Fraud or misrepresentation is identified

• Terms are violated

• Required payments are not made

• Client behavior is abusive or unethical
